The Multimedia Campus Kiel – International Graduate School of Digital Media and Management – is the center of competence in Schleswig-Holstein for the fields of information and communications technologies, E-Business, multimedia, Internet and media informatics. A qualified university education, practice-oriented research and further multimedia training are bundled under one roof.
The most important pillars for our concept of knowledge transfer and further training are close proximity to the business world, interdisciplinary methods and new media, high quality of teaching and internationality.


The Multimedia Campus Kiel offers Master’s degree programs on a high level, leading to the following internationally recognized degree: (1) Master of Science in Multimedia-Management (12 months full-time or 24 months part-time; (2) Master of Science in Financial Management and E-Business (6 months MMC, Kiel, 6 months University of California, USA)

Accreditation :
The examination and study regulations are approved by the universities of Kiel, the government of the land Schleswig-Holstein as well as regional business corporations. Additionally the accreditation process of the Master’s degree program is being completed together with the FIBAA (Foundation of International Business Administration).


The Master’s degree course Multimedia Management qualifies students in the field of media informatics, E-Business and communications and media design. university degree or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, study results must be above average; proof of English proficiency (e.g. TOEFL); good knowledge of IT, management and business administration; practical experience; Applicants will be interviewed individually and have their personal and social qualifications tested

The MMC is part of the higher education system in Kiel. All the universities’ libraries are open to MMC’s students. Additionally the MMC has its own reference library.

Kiel is the capital of the Land of Schleswig-Holstein, the most northern state in Germany. Living and working on the water: this is Kiel’s special appeal. Hardly any other university city offers such a location on the Baltic Sea and the Kiel Firth, with a harbour in the center of town and its own beaches.
