The School's Management Information Resource Centre is dedicated to the MBA programme and stocks all the required texts, a large selection of books, periodicals, newspapers and company annual reports. It has a wide range of database resources, a collection of key management videos and a fully equipped language centre. The Centre complements the services offered by the campus library that serves the whole university.
The Cranfield campus lies midway between Oxford and Cambridge, only an hour's drive from London and Birmingham and within easy access of all the London airports. The campus is situated on the edge of the fastest growing business and industrial centres in Britain, Milton Keynes.
Approximately 50% of the participants on our Full-time programme and 65% of the participants on our Modular progamme are from outside the UK. Participants represent 31 different countries.
The core courses on the MBA programme and many of the elective courses include case studies based on European and multinational companies.
MBA students on the Full-time programme have the opportunity to study for a term with top business schools in Spain, the USA, Brazil, China, Australia, South Africa and Singapore, and we have a double degree arrangement with EM Lyon, France. Some students prefer to carry out short projects overseas as part of their electives.
Students on the Part-time programme have the opportunity to take part in study tours in the USA, Japan, Russia or China, or can study for an elective at our partner school EM Lyon, and those following the Modular programme take part in a company exchange, giving them the opportunity to experience a different culture.
There is a good range of accommodation on campus for single students, married couples and families. About 70% of the Full-time MBAs live on campus, the rest rent accommodation in the surrounding villages.
Part-time and Modular MBA students stay at either Mitchell Hall of Residence or the hotel rooms in the Cranfield Management Development Centre.
