COURSE PROFILE

The Master’s in European Business is a one-year, two-country general management programme for graduates with a degree other than business or management. MEB participants have little or no prior work experience. The programme adds business knowledge and intercultural competence to the participant’s profile in a novel way. Participants make their choice to study at two ESCP-EAP campuses, depending on their language skills and geographic career aims. They embark on a programme which includes 6 months of study in the first country and a further 3 months of study in the second, followed by at least 3 months on an in-company internship. There is an option to complete the course in South-east Asia, at the School of Management of the Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok. The student body is highly diverse with no dominant nationality. Furthermore prior educational backgrounds are exceptionally diverse, from science and engineering, to law, political science, international relations and foreign languages. This ensures a rich learning experience in which the focus is on acquiring business knowledge and management skills to strengthen an existing specialism. This is much in demand by employers today.

Each campus is located in the city centre. You may expect a quality urban campus environment. Soon the Oxford campus will transfer to London and the School will be located in 4 major European capital cities. The UK campus provides a bridge to the global English-speaking business environments. The campus in Spain is a gateway to Latin American business cultures. The German campus is actively involved in Central European markets and provides students access to their business cultures and organisations. Finally the Paris campus is at the heart of French business culture and is a gateway to other French-speaking business environments in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
