The School offers a large portfolio of generalist management and specialist management programmes for pre- and post-experience participants: Master’s in Management, Master’s in European Business, Specialized Masters, full-time/part-time and Executive MBAs, as well as executive education. There are over 3,000 students enrolled in degree programmes across the 4 campuses and a further 3,000 executive participants. ESCP-EAP ranks consistently among the Top 20 European business schools and the Top 100 in the world. Its faculty is research active and publishes widely in international journals of reknown. The School edits the European Management Journal and the International Journal of Cross-Cultural Management.

ESCP-EAP exists to educate multicultural business leaders and to advance transnational management education through quality teaching and research.

Accreditation :

The Master’s in European Business is a one-year, two-country general management programme for graduates with a degree other than business or management. MEB participants have little or no prior work experience. The programme adds business knowledge and intercultural competence to the participant’s profile in a novel way. Participants make their choice to study at two ESCP-EAP campuses, depending on their language skills and geographic career aims. They embark on a programme which includes 6 months of study in the first country and a further 3 months of study in the second, followed by at least 3 months on an in-company internship. There is an option to complete the course in South-east Asia, at the School of Management of the Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok. The student body is highly diverse with no dominant nationality. Furthermore prior educational backgrounds are exceptionally diverse, from science and engineering, to law, political science, international relations and foreign languages. This ensures a rich learning experience in which the focus is on acquiring business knowledge and management skills to strengthen an existing specialism. This is much in demand by employers today.
