: program ERASMUS
The
ERASMUS, has partnerships between higher education institutions
for transfer of students from campuses in Europe. (2000-2006)
.The ERASMUS is a part of the community program SOCRATES. The
ERASMUS accentuates transfer, transparency and acknowledgement
of higher education in Europe.

Actions :
Transfer of students for completion of one part of their
education in a foreign country : spreading information, learning
languages, working program for students, developing a system of
credit transfer to facilitate acknowledgement of academic courses
between institutions.
To provide financial aid to students to enable them to
complete part of their education in a foreign university (3 -
12 months) in a program of cooperation. These foreign study programs
are accepted by the home university and credits are transferred
towards the diploma. The transfer is valid from the end of the
second year until the doctorate level and includes internships
in a foreign country.
This is valid for all fields and at all levels until the
doctorate.

- European Union : Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain,
Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands,
Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden
- Members of European Common Space : Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein
- Central and Eastern European countries : Bulgaria, Estonia,
Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech republic, Romania,
Slovakia, Slovenia
- Cyprus, Malta and Turkey
