Where to go?
Application files:
The Australian Education Center is a documentation centre for foreign students who wish to study in Australia. These centres can be found in all Australian embassies. You can either visit the centres by appointment, open days, information meetings, etc. Another resource full of useful information is a book called "The Good Universities Guide To Australian Universities."
There are some specialized agencies that can be in charge of all the necessary steps for your trip to Australia.

Sending the required documents:
Send all the necessary application documents to the universities of your choice. The documents should include the language test results, detailed information about your past and present education (this should include contents and grade certificates) and the demand for diploma equivalence. All diplomas must be certified and translated into English.

Calendar: Send files three months before the beginning of each semester.
Response delay: 3 weeks for undergraduate.
6 weeks for graduate.
