Subscription to OSHC (Overseas Students Health Cover): obligatory

When you can apply for OSHC: Once you have registered at the university

What it covers: 85 % of the normal fee of a general practitioner or specialist, and public hospital visits. The OSHC, however does not cover dental fees.

Other recommendations: It is recommended that you have a complementary insurance plan.
