Programs for foreigners

Where to go?
Contacts/information
Each university has an international relations office, and the "bienestar universitario" office that can help foreign students. Professors and other students are eager to help foreign students; the small number of foreign students make them a kind of "curiosity."
Some foreign students can get financial aid in exchange for working as a teacher or doing research.
Each university has its own contacts with foreign universities through the international relations office. Many universities have agreements with American and European universities.
They often offer Spanish programs, and in the Cauca University, there is a program in native languages.
The University Javeriana offers a Spanish and Latin American culture program for foreigners.
