The Fulbright Commission is in charge of educational exchange between the United States and Colombia; it finances studies and research in Colombia.
The French and Colombian governments have signed the Ecos-Nord agreement for graduate students. There is also the possibility to register in France as a "language assistant."
Aiesec Colombia (www.aiesec.org) is present in eight cities (Bogotá, Cali, Medellín, Cartagena, Barranquilla, Manizales, Pereira, and Bucaramanga) and assists with exchanges.
