Tuition and fees

Foreign students in the first and second cycles must pay registration fees of 126.000 Dr ($327/€365). This can be paid in four installments: December 31, February 15, March 31, May 15.


Certain foreign students are exempt from these fees as follows:


• Holders of scholarships from the Greek government
• Students from countries where Greek students are exempt from similar fees
• Palestinians showing proof of citizenship attested by the PLO
• Students married to Greek citizens
• Political refugees
• All those who can prove by the production of an attestation from an international organization that they have been driven out of their country by the political regime of that country
• Foreign students with scholarships from the Greek church
• All those who come from the countries of the European Union where Greeks pay similar fees will only have to pay half of the Greek fees, if they registered after August 30, 1983.
• Employees or children of employees of foreign embassies in Greece if reciprocal consideration is given
