Inscription fees and conditions

Applications should be addressed to the registrar at each university and completed application forms and fees should be submitted six months before the commencement of the program. (First semester in September and second semester in January)
Inscription fees amount to about US$20 (23 Euros) payable by a bank draft sent along with the application. Credit cards can are used if application forms are down loaded and sent on-line.
In addition, a refundable deposit of US$ 60 (69 Euros) is charged to students. This deposit is refundable at the end of the term. Graduation fees amounting to US$ 60 (69 Euros) are to be paid on approval for graduation and a testimonial fee of US$ 5 (6 Euros) is required to be paid for issuance of a transcript.
A non refundable application fee of US$20 (23 Euros) is to be paid for processing of application.
