Attendance in lectures is compulsory and students have to attend not less than 75% of the lectures delivered during a session. Requests for joining late may be granted, but scholars may not be sent up for the examination if they fall short of attendance at lectures.
Methods of instruction usually include case studies, seminars, group exercises, lectures. The universities are well equipped with libraries and computer labs and recreational facilities, audio-visual labs and research and training facilities. In addition most universities have seminar rooms, student dormitories and sports clubs. Many professors live on campus and are easily assesible. There usually is a lot of homework because the institutions believe in self study. Classes average 150 students therefore be prepared to study on your own.
