Inscription fees and conditions
For MBA : A Bachelors degree or
equivalent. For specialization in agriculture, a Bachelors/masters
degree in agriculture or allied subject or Bachelors
degree with work experience in the concerned field. In addition,
GMAT scores should be sent along with application. Foreign
nationals residing in India are required to appear in CAT/interview
along with GMAT score.
For Engineering (Undergraduate) :
Maximum age 26 years; should have secured 70% marks in English,
75% in PCM and 80% aggregate marks.
For Engineering (Graduate) : A Bachelors
degree in Engineering/Tech/pharm/ or a Masters degree
in Agril sciences/chem./earth sciences/life sciences/materials
sc/maths/phy. Candidates with professional qualifications
such as AIME are also eligible. In addition, GATE scores
are required.
BA(Hons) in Business Economics :
55% in best 4 subjects with maths and English as two of
the subjects. Students have to take an entrance exam and
interview
Bachelors of Fine Arts degree :
50% or more marks in GCE examinations or equivalent. Candidates
who have taken fine art i.e. painting, sculpture and applied
art as one of the subject in their qualifying examination
will be allowed a concession of 5% marks in the minimum
eligibility requirement. Selection is based on an aptitude
test which consists of 3 parts general knowledge,
composition and object drawing.
Masters in Finance control : Bachelors
degree (10+2+3) in any discipline. In addition foreign nationals
need to submit GMAT and TOEFL scores
Make sure you apply well in advance because demand for places
in Indian Universities is very high. Inscription fees are
approximately US$50 and is required to be paid through a
bank draft/postal order along with application form.
Exchange programs :
Most top universities in India offering graduate courses
are affiliated to international universities.
The EICEP, Euro-Indian Cooperation and exchange program,
links some Indian institutions with European counterparts.
Participating European counterparts include INSEAD, Manchester
business school, group ESSEC, Bocconi University, Rotterdam
school of Management. In addition some universities have
exchange programs with leading American universities like
Stanford Wharton business school, MIT, Havard and so on.
