To look for a place on your own: Good Luck!

The search for accommodation will start by looking at the announcements in the newspapers: Luxembourger Wort, Tageblatt, Lux Post, Republicain Lorrain and Lux-Bazar.

The real estate agencies will ask you to prove your financial solvency, you will have to pay a deposit that is equivalent to 1 or 3 months rent, and agency fees (which amount to around 1 months rent) and on top of that the first month rent must be paid in advance.
