Jobs:

Students from the EU and EEA are allowed to work part-time without a work permit.
For everyone else who has a residence permit, it is possible to work 20 hours per week and full-time during the holiday periods.
To get a work permit you must satisfy the following requirements:
You must have a concrete job offer.
You must get, from the person responsible for you at the international students office, a certificate stating that your work will not be at the expense of your studies. The forms to apply for a work permit are available at the international students office. This form must be brought to the foreign office at the police station to get a final permit.
