Health insurance
Student medical insurance application:
Some universities provide medical insurance for European
Union citizens and students under the age of 28. If you
are an EU citizen you are required to fill out either the
E-128 form or the E-111 form. If you are over 28 years of
age it is recommended that you get insurance.
Cost: It varies from one insurance company to another
but roughly the cost is 12,000 Pesetas for men and 16.000 Pesetas
for women. Some of these medical insurance plans cover basic dental
check-ups but optical services are not covered.
