Programs designed for foreigners
Where to get information?
For many years Swedish universities are participating more in
exchange programs, this has increased the number of foreign students.
The very active student associations can help you through the
different processes. Ask for their address and phone numbers at
the chosen Swedish university.
Information (and addresses of all the universities) can be found
on the web site of the Swedish Cultural Center: www.si.se/e_studiersverig/1139.cs?dirid=1306
Programs:
It is possible to take classes in English, which permits foreign
students who do not have any notion of Swedish, to follow short
training sessions.
More and more universities are offering classes in English, and
certain classes are reserved for students registered in exchange
programs. The teaching covers various areas. These classes demand
a good level of English. For further information contact the Swedish
university.
Masters degree programs are offered entirely in
English.

To
register for courses in Swedish, it is possible to take a preparatory
Swedish class for one year. If you have some knowledge of Swedish
you can also take summer course.
