Taiwan, the Republic of China, has understood that with globalization they need to prepare themselves to maintain their economic position, and therefore apply themselves to give sufficient means to their higher education. Computer rooms are at the disposal of the students and the research laboratories are well-equipped.

Higher education is taught in Chinese and English.
