The Republic of China is currently opening itself internationally
and consequently selects its foreign students. For example, they
offer grants to foreign students wanting to learn Mandarin.

Programs:
The principal courses for foreigners are those of apprenticeship
for Mandarin and MBAs taught in English.

Exchange programs:
Each university signs their agreements on a case by case basis
with foreign establishments, therefore you cannot really chose
your establishment in Taiwan. However, you can chose your course.
