From the point of view of climate the best time to visit Taiwan is October-November: the weather is pleasant and the humidity is fairly low, 20-27° C.

The two principal airline companies that guarantee international flights are "China Airlines" and "Eva Airways".

To move around in the city, the best solutions are to use public transportation and taxis. To travel around the island you can rent a car under the condition that you have an international driving license. Be careful of the unique highway system in Taiwan, traffic jams are frequent on the outskirts of the large cities and particularly in Taipei.
