Venezuelans are known for there enjoyment of festivals and their cheerfulness, for their beauty contests (Miss Venezuela), their soap operas and the beauty of their country. Venezuelans are proud of their country, this can be noticed in the street names, in the cities or in the images of "Libertador"...
It is a country that experienced wealth from oil, and like many Latin American countries is full of contrasts. The youth aspire to build a country that is more democratic and egalitarian.

Climate:
Venezuela is a tropical country with only 2 distinct seasons: winter and summer. However during these two seasons the weather is very moderate. The dry season (summer) is from mid-December to mid-April. It is the more agreeable season to visit Venezuela.
