Scholarships for foreign students are not very numerous...

There are agreements, for example the Ecos-Nord program with France, the Fulbright Programme with the United States, agreements with ICETEX for Columbia, agreements between Venezuela and Germany with the Association Culturele Humbolt www.internet.ve/asohum/index.html or with the United Kingdom www.eureka.web.ve or www.britcoun.org/venezuela
